State and Local Laws:
You are responsible for registering and operating your scooter(s) according to your local and state laws. We make no representations to the laws governing the operation, registration and ownership of your scooter(s). We will provide an invoice, which will be your "bill of sale". We make no representation that the scooters are street legal or legal for operation in your locale. Check your local laws before purchasing and operating scooters under 50cc.

Legal Disclaimer, Terms, Policies and Conditions:
If you buy a scooter or scooters, you are a "Purchaser". The use of the term “you” or “your” herein shall be interpreted to mean and have the same effect as Purchaser. We, and others (hereinafter "Coordinator") hereby expressly disclaim all warranties either expressed or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except warranties described below.

"Product" is defined as the scooter(s), ATV(s), helmets and motorcycle(s) sold by us, the Company or ("Coordinator").

You as Purchaser agree to on behalf of yourself, your personal representatives, assigns, heirs and next of kin you hereby release, discharge and covenant not to sue Coordinator, its owners, directors, trustees, officers, members, volunteers, and employees (the "Releasees"), from all liability, claims, losses or damages on your account arising out of activities at or associated with the purchase of the product(s). You further agree that if, despite this release and indemnity agreement, you or anyone on your behalf makes a claim against any of the Releasees, you will indemnify, defend and hold harmless each of the Releasees from any litigation expense, attorney fees, loss, liability, damage or costs which also may incur as a result of such claim.

Purchaser understands the nature of scooter riding and motorcycle activities, and that you are qualified in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in such activity. You also agree that you assume all risks when allowing others to operate your scooter(s). If you are not familiar with the nature of scooter riding, you should seek professional training before operating a scooter.

Warning:
Scooter riding activities involve risks and dangers of serious bodily injury, including but not limited to, disability, paralysis and death, (b) these risks and dangers may be caused by your own actions, or inactions, the actions or inactions of others participating in the activity, the condition in which the activity takes place, or the negligence of others and (c) there may be other risks and social and economic losses either known to you, not known to you or not readily foreseeable at this time and you fully accept and assume all such risks and all responsibility for losses, costs, and damages incurred as a result of your participation in the scooter riding activity.

You must inspect all equipment before using it and to take full responsibility for assuring that the equipment is in good working order and safe to use. You further understand that you are responsible for damage to equipment.

You are responsible for assembly of the scooter(s) that you purchase. In no way is Coordinator responsible for assisting in the assembly and operation of the scooter(s). To get the scooter running you will need to install the supplied battery, add fuel, oil (if 2-stroke), check oil levels, install mirrors, and start up. We recommend having a motorcycle shop help assemble the scooter(s) if you are unfamiliar with these processes. Purchaser certifies that he/she is at least 18 years of age and of legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside. Warning: 50cc scooters are not for use for children under 16 years of age.

Disputes:
We are here for you and want your business! We want everybody to be happy 100% of the time. If you are unable to resolve your problem with a Scooter, simply call and speak with us. There is no runaround. We will do whatever we can to resolve all issues. In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your product, you may send it back for a 15% restocking fee within 10-days of purchase. You are responsible for shipping both ways, but we will assist you in getting the best price. The product must be in perfect condition and have no damage before we will issue a refund. You will also be responsible to pack your Product for return so as to prevent damage to body panels or mechanicals.

Taxes:
We do not charge taxes for any shipment outside of New Jersey. You may be charged taxes if you register your product for license plates or tags. All states are different; consult your local tax collector for full information.
